Return and Refund Policy

Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact.

For damaged or wrong items, customers must send photo or video proof by email or WhatsApp.

Refund method

Refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment source. Refunds for cash on delivery (COD) orders are issued via UPI or bank transfer once the return pickup is verified.
